Service Levels & Hours of Operation
NC SYSTEMS monitors its system and network on a weekly basis. In the event of service outages or critical problems, you can report any service problem to our Service Desk which is open 24x7, throughout the year.
Ø Scheduled Maintenance:
Planned downtimes will routinely occur on a scheduled basis IST time. NC SYSTEMS will endeavor to provide 48 hours notice for any planned outages for those services and /or clients being affected.
Ø Emergency Maintenance:
When emergency maintenance is required, NC SYSTEMS will provide the greatest amount of reasonable lead-time and arrange with management or IT contact, a solution that minimizes the impact on clients.
